A few questions.

What's the delivery area?

We deliver throughout Mecklenburg County — South End and Plaza Midwood are walkable, and we cover Dilworth, Myers Park, NoDa, Davidson, and Matthews by van. Outside the county, we ship via UPS in our reusable cold boxes (+$14).

Can I choose specific flowers?

For subscriptions, no — that's the point. We design around what's at peak each week. For one-time custom orders and wedding work, absolutely. We'll send a proposal with named stems and color stories.

What if I'm out of town?

Skip from the Tuesday preview email or pause your account for up to three months. No charge while you're paused.

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Yes — we have three, six, and twelve-bouquet gift subscriptions. The first delivery includes a handwritten card from you. We never auto-renew gift plans.

What about floral foam?

We don't use it. It's a microplastic, it's bad for our florists' lungs, and there are better mechanics. Everything we send is foam-free and most of our wedding work is too.

Do you take requests?

Always — at the top of your account is a free-text field for notes. "More texture." "No yellow." "It's for my mother-in-law." We read each one.
