The museum is closed on Tuesdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Galleries begin to clear fifteen minutes before close.

All four floors and the Sculpture Court are step-free. Mobility, sensory, and language accommodations are available without notice or fee.

Wheelchairs
Manual chairs available at the cloakroom, no charge. Two power-assist chairs may be reserved 24 hours in advance.
Companion
A free admission ticket is provided for one companion of any visitor needing assistance.
Sensory
The first Thursday of every month, 6—8 p.m., is a Quiet Hour: reduced lighting, no audio, smaller crowds.
Tours
ASL-interpreted tours every Saturday at 11 a.m. Verbal description tours on the third Sunday of each month.
Service animals
Welcome throughout the museum.

Quiet rooms on each floor; nursing room on Level 2 near Gallery 18; changing tables in all restrooms.

Café Halden

A small, slow café on the second floor, overlooking the Sculpture Court. Open during museum hours; reservations not accepted. The kitchen is run by Linnea Holm, formerly of Oleana.

Exhibition catalogues, original prints from the publishing program, and a tightly edited selection of books, paper goods, and small objects. Members receive a ten-percent discount.

Group visits

Tours for groups of ten or more, led by a museum educator, are available Wednesday through Saturday. School groups are free; community groups receive a reduced rate.
